Mailchimp has changed

Due to new limits on the number of emails which can be sent in one month, only people who express an interest in participating in an event will be included in subsequent mailouts regarding that event. Please, therefore, engage with surveys to make sure you receive all the necessary information.

A purge of those who have not responded to confirm they want to stay on the mailing list will inevitably result in some singers and players saying they are not receiving emails. If you hear of this, please encourage people to resubscribe via the website.

It will no longer be possible to email out frequent reminders. The members’ page of the website will always be updated with details about rehearsals and so on.

Orchestration

We are going to need extra and different players for this concert. Please start recruiting for the instruments we don’t normally have within the group!

Instrumentation list for each piece is here.

Black trousers or skirt with a plain coloured top – no patterns, please.
Black or white counts as a colour if that is what you have got.
No tie required but wear one if you like.
A black or plain coloured jacket or cardigan is fine over your plain coloured top.
Make sure you are going to be warm enough!
